So that we can provide a fair shipping rate for un-mounted, un-mounted W/C, and mounted stamps alike, Art Impressions uses a flat shipping scale as follows:

$30.01 - $65.00 $6.95
$65.01 - $99.99 $8.95
$100.00 + FREE!

There are no shipping fees applied for gift certificates.

1. All orders shipped to addresses outside the USA, are charged a minimum shipping and handling fee of $13.50, which will appear on their invoice at time of checkout. To avoid delay, please make sure you check your account as International if this applies to your address.

2. If your order is for mounted stamps or has a large value that requires insurance, the shipping costs will increase and you will be notified of these additional costs.

3. The customer should approve additional shipping and handling costs on larger orders. Credit card customers are asked to respond within three working days or the costs will be charged and order shipped without customer approval.

4. PayPal customers will be invoiced for any additional shipping costs.

5. International customers are informed they do have the option of insuring their order and how much those charges would be. Art Impressions is not responsible for any loss or damage to an order that is sent uninsured at the customer’s request.

6. International customers are responsible for all additional duties and taxes levied in the country of destination. Please check with your local postal authorities for this information.

7. Art Impressions complies with all Federal documentation regarding the international shipping of commercial goods. All documentation is signed as being true and accurate. We will not knowingly falsify documentation.
