| We do not sell any wood to mount your own stamps. We have told several customers to check out local cabinet shops, places that may have scrap wood that they would be happy to give away or maybe sell at a very low cost, and many of them have had success. We do sell the grey mounting cushion for $3.50 per lineal foot. Use SKU# 9X12 to find this on the website. |
| We are very flattered when someone chooses Art Impressions images to use in selling their artwork. All we ask is that all artwork be handstamped. No mechanical reproduction of any kind is allowed. Just e-mail Customer Service with a brief explanation of what it is you are doing and your mailing address. A Permission Letter will be sent. |
| Its easy if you have an invoice number! Just click on "Order Tracking" on the left of the website. Enter your invoice/order number and click on RETAIL or WHOLESALE. It will give you all the information about where your order is and the scheduled delivery date. Orders shipped through the Post Office are not on this system. |
| Larger orders are shipped UPS. They are INSURED and TRACKABLE. Our website is tied into the UPS tracking system and you can see exactly where your shipment is by just entering your invoice number and clicking on RETAIL or WHOLESALE. Some orders are shipped Priority Mail. You may have your order shipped through the United States Postal Service if you prefer and the rates would be the same. All orders shipped outside the United States are sent through the mail. For complete information on International shipments, see the section on Shipping Rates. |
| We ship most domestic orders in 5 - 7 days. Art Impressions is in Oregon, so depending on where you are in the United States, it could take an additional 6 to 7 working days to reach you! |
| We think we have a GREAT catalog. It comes in a 3-ring binder with over 130 pages, most in color. The images are the exact size of the stamp. The cost is $10.00 plus $4.70 shipping in the United States. But we do send a $10.00 OFF COUPON, good for any order over $40.00 or more. This coupon is not good on grab bags. |

| The minimum Shipping & Handling on overseas orders is $13.50 which will appear on your invoice at time of check-out. However, the charges may exceed this amount depending on the weight of the package and insuring large value orders. Since most overseas orders are unmounted and do fit within this shipping range, we will use this method of shipping whenever possible. If the costs to ship an order greatly exceed this amount, the customer will be notified of the extra shipping costs for approval. There is a $2.50 Handling charge on all International Orders. How-To books, etc will increase the shipping costs in most cases.
Accounts not marked as International, but do not exceed the minimum of $13.50 will automatically be charged the balance.

| You can get our stamps three different ways. MOUNTED stamps are already to go! The ruuber die has been mounted onto a block of hard maple. UNMOUNTED is just the untrimmed rubber die. Stampers have various mounting systems. If you would like to know more about mounting supplies, check out our link to Sunday International. UNMOUNTED ON CUSHION are the trimmed rubber dies on trimmed grey, PERMANENT stick cushion. Just peel off the piece of paper and mount this die to your desired mounting system. |
| You can up-date your on-line account anytime by just logging in and changing any information you care to. If your e-mail changes, make sure to change that, but for the newsletter, you will have to un-subscribe (if possible) and re-subscribe with the new e-mail address. Because of the high volume of e-mail address changes we will not make changes for the newsletter. |
| Art Impressions only artist is our owner, Bonnie Krebs. She is extremely talented. Bonnie began drawing commercially almost 25 years ago, making educational drawings for another stamp company. Over the years, her talent has changed along with customer demands. She has several different "styles" which allows Art Impressions to offer our customers a variety of looks. |
