FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

I cannot access my account, or I am not receiving the password reset email. Can you help me?

Yes! Please contact us and we are happy to assist you.

What kind of stamps do you make?

Our rubber stamps are on a cling cushion, made for use with acrylic blocks. We also carry a selection of clear polymer stamps. Stamps that are clear are noted in the description.

How long is your processing time?

Since we create the stamps in Salem, Oregon, we have a 5-7 business day processing time before shipment. We make the stamps to order just for you!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are proud to ship worldwide! Our international shipping is a flat rate of $35.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are sent via United States Postal Office. Domestic orders under 1 lb. will be shipped First Class which often takes 3-7 business days. International orders always ship First Class International, and can take up to 10 business days to arrive. Since we must give accurate information to customs, the value paid will be declared on international orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50! This option should appear to you once you have United States selected on your shipping address, and over $50 in your shopping cart (after any discounts and before tax).

I can’t find the product I am looking for. How can I search for it?

We use categories to organize our products, but our search bar on the upper left side of our website is very helpful. Search keyword(s) to find a specific product.

Do you make digital stamps?

We do not have any digital stamps available. Since we sell our rubber stamps to stores, we do not sell digital stamps.

Who does your artwork?

Art Impressions’ sole artist is our owner, Bonnie Krebs. She is extremely talented! Bonnie began drawing commercially almost 25 years ago, making educational drawings for another stamp company. Over the years, her talent has changed along with customer demands. She has several different “styles” which allows Art Impressions to offer our customers a variety of looks.

Do you make custom stamps?

No, we do not make custom stamps. Our owner designs all of our images. If you are looking for custom stamps, a quick web search will yield many options.

How can I find out about sales or special offers?

Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about our sales! We may also announce our sales on social media, so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

Can I buy discontinued stamps?

After over 30 years of designs, we periodically retire designs due to low demand and to make room for new products. Discontinued items have been removed from our website and are no longer available.

How do I get permission to use your stamps to sell cards that I make?

We are very flattered when someone chooses Art Impressions images to use in selling their artwork! Check out our Angel Policy to apply for a letter of permission.

Where can I look for creative inspiration?

We have tutorials on our YouTube Channel, and produce a new watercolor video every Wednesday! Also, our design team posts daily on our Blog with fresh ideas. Additionally, our Pinterest is a wonderful tool, with a board for every stamp line, you’ll find what you’re looking for!
